Thoughts and Feelings are equal but different.

The "process" begins by accurately identifying, totally accepting and completely sharing your feelings. You have a rights to all your feelings. You are responsible for how you act on your feelings. Feelings change unless they are harbored. When feelings are released its easier to move on. You are not responsible for anyone else's feelings. It is your responsibility to share your feelings with significant people in your life. Blocking, ignoring or denying feelings will lead to emotional and physical problems.

AVOID- "I feel that"... This is confusing and will only give a thought not a feeling.

AVOID- "I feel like..." This is confusing and tells what you would like to do about your feeling.

Use instead-
"I feel _____". Fill in the blank with a feeling word or words.

When you know your feelings, you know yourself.
