Feelings are the way in which our bodies
communicate.
Our feelings are often triggered by
a situation, comment or action and it’s our choice
how we respond.

“Feeling Blocks” are designed to encourage and enhance building the “Feeling Vocabulary” and understanding what we are feeling. Identifying and communicating helps lessen uncomfortable feelings and opens the door to deeper relationships with yourself and others. Your feelings are yours. No one can tell you how you feel. “I” statements are an opportunity to own and take responsibility for our feelings without blaming others for why we feel the way we do.
